Our Office Listings is an 'Introduction Only' service aimed at Companies and organisations who do not wish to employ an agent to search for and acquire their new offices.

Free Office Listings and Reports:
This service is an introduction only, 'no deal-no fee' information resource.
The FREE part of this service includes:
- Office Listings Reports
Personalised summaries of office information, delivered by E-mail or Fax, according to your specified size, locations, budget, and other criteria.
- Report Updates
Office Availability Reports, by E-mail or Fax, to keep you informed of newly available properties as they come onto the market, or if properties you have selected are about to change status or have closing dates set.
- Full Property Details
As well as the summary details, we will provide full details of whatever properties you express an interest in, including the agent contact details, as well as any more confidential information about the property that you might find useful to know in your negotiations.

Our Office Acquisitions Service is a seperate, Paid-For service,
where all work is carried out by us, as your agent.

Conduct your own Viewings and Negotiations:
The main differences between this Office Listing Service and our Office Acquisitions Service are as follows:
- Viewings and Evaluations:
You conduct your own viewings and evaluations.
In the paid-for service, we would accompany you.
- Direct Negotiations:
You negotiate directly with the property vendors and landlords.
In the paid-for service we would do this for you.
