James Patmore
James Patmore is the owner and managing director of Patmore Commercial Ltd, which he set up 1998 with the aim of providing independent advice, information and office-location services.

With over 10 years experience as a commercial property agent at a large firm of central London Chartered Surveyors, James set up his own business in October 1998 with the vision of developing an information exchange and resource centre specifically for office movers.
Much of James's time is spent acting as a consultant to an increasing number of corporate and private clients with specific property needs. His commercial property agency, Patmore Commercial Ltd, has recently expanded into the leisure sector with the announcement of several high profile hotel and nightclub deals.
James is also a very active behind-the-scenes contributor to the London Office Space community,
and provides both formal and informal consultancy to several other London Office Agents,
and an increasing number of other Office-Related Service Providers.
He has gained a reputation in the London Office Space community as an expert both in the
field of Office-Acquisition, and also in the Technology used to deliver Office Data to
the office-seeking public at large.
