Located about a mile to the north west of Mayfair, Paddington is firmly on the map as a desirable office location, particularly with larger international companies who need to minimise staff travel time between Heathrow and their London office.

Paddington station offers a 20 minute express service to Heathrow Airport and numerous services to the home counties and beyond as far as Bristol/Bath, the West Country, Cardiff, Swansea, Wales and the Midlands. The M40 runs through Paddington, which affords swift access to the national motorway network.

The commercial focus for the Paddington area is Paddington Station itself, which was designed by Brunel and opened in 1854. The surrounding streets are a mix of residential houses and apartments, hotels and offices and are predominantly white, stucco-fronted Georgian properties.

A vast development of brand new office buildings in Paddington Basin is London's newest urban business park. Unsurprisingly, it has attracted some large, high profile occupiers too, such as Visa, Orange and Astra Zenica.
