Located to the north of Mayfair and Soho between Edgware Road to the West and Tottenham Court Road to the East, office space in The North of Oxford Street is split into the two main areas of Noho / Fitzrovia and Marylebone.

This is a quieter area than many in London, and there are some surprising mews, galleries and museums scattered about. The area is something of a hot spot for restaurants and trattoria, as well as a few scattered areas of small shops, such as bakers, ironmongers and stationers, interspersed with cafes, art galleries and strange little craft shops.

To the south, Oxford Street itself is of course the most famous shopping street in the world, the end towards Marble Arch being rather more upmarket than that towards Tottenham Court Road, New Oxford Street and the dominating Centre Point Tower.

Oxford Street is like an artery to many other of London's most popular office districts, so for instance Bloomsbury and Covent Garden are to the east, Soho, Noho / Fitzrovia and Mayfair are to the south, whilst Marylebone Road and Paddington lie to the north and west.
