Located roughly halfway between the West End and Heathrow Airport, Hammersmith has always been a popular office location with international companies due to its proximity and transport links to Heathrow.
Anyone driving into London from the west along the A4 elevated section cannot fail to have noticed the towering office buildings at Hammersmith that even straddle the road in places.
Hammersmith is the transport and commercial hub of West London. A number of international airlines choose to locate themselves in Hammersmith as do Coca Cola, who have their European headquarters here. Other well known office occupiers in the Hammersmith area include L'Oreal, Polygram, Walt Disney, Sony Ericsson and Transport For London.
Office rents in the immediate vicinity of Hammersmith Broadway have always held up well although rental values drop off quickly the further away from Hammersmith Station one is prepared to go. There is also office space in Hammersmith that benefits from spectacular river frontage and views down The Thames.
