Covent Garden is located to the east of Soho and the west of Kingsway and is one of the most popular office locations in London.

As it's name suggests, the area was, for centuries, a garden providing sustenance for the Convent of St Pater, Westminster. No evidence of cultivation any longer though!

London's famous fruit flower and vegetable market was based in the Covent Garden Piazza for some four hundred years before relocating south of the river in the 1970s and the area is now a buzzing Mecca for tourists visiting London. There is an overwhelming choice of specialist retailers in the streets between Long Acre and Seven Dials and Covent Garden is also the home of The Royal Opera House.

Being in the Midtown area and roughly equidistant from both the West End and The City, Covent Garden is popular as an office location, most notably with the PR, media and communications industries, who are attracted by the relaxed atmosphere and dress code on the street, together with the availability of characterful, converted-warehouse-style buildings that inspire creativity with the employees and occupiers of such buildings.

Landmark office buildings in the area include 90 Long Acre and the CAA Tower on Kingsway, with its' circular floor plates. Office rents in Covent Garden are cheaper than either the West End or The City and the quality and specification of office properties in the area tends to be high.
